Dr. Benjy Epstein is the creator and host of The Goal Is Soul, a weekly podcast where psychology, contemplative practice, and spirituality meet in the work of being here. A psychologist, rabbi, and author, he wrote Living in the Presence and Ayeka: The Six Questions of a Lifetime. He lives in Jerusalem with his wife, four kids, and their dog Bamba. He is also a backup wedding singer and Duncan Trussell’s rabbi.
